How to Use Ginger Massage Medicinal Balm:
For backache
1. Rub 1 tsp Ginger Balm along the spine.
2. Work it into the paraspinal muscles.
3. After about 10 minutes of massage, lay a hot compress over the spine/oil. Press in place until it cools.
For menstrual cramps:
1. Lay down with knees bent, feet flat. Apply about a tsp of Ginger balm over abdomen
2. Massage gently, slowly from side to side like a wave
3. After about 3 minutes of massage, lay a hot compress over the balm. Cover with a dry towel to retain heat.
Massage Balm is actually more economical than massage oil or lotion:
1. Unlike Oil, solid herbal oil balm is dripless, so the product remains exactly where it is applied
2. Thicker viscosity and tackier glide encourages slower, deeper tissue hand skills
3. You’ll use far less balm per massage than regular oil
(generally, we find that 1 oz is sufficient for 1 full body massage.)
4. Always the best choice for use with heated adjuncts such as steam compress
