best suited for chronic pains that are muscular, postural, or injury related in origin.

Focused pressure, connective tissue mobilization combine with heat, analgesic balms and advance massage skills will relese held tension, and increase blood flow into the fibers of the deeper tissue

POLARITY CHAMPISSAGE: HEAD, NECK, BACK + FEET *

Although this treatment is not a “massage” per se, it is equal to, if not more, a full body treatment in terms of relaxation at every level.

This energy healing treatment clears and stabilises the ascending sensory tracts of an overstimulated nervous system.
Reset the neural relaxation system through massage and reflexology.

HEALING STONE MASSAGE
Supports detox, restoration and inner peace.

By the author and originator of Healing Stone Massage.

You will experience a personal sauna effect while laying over comfortably warmed stones from the ocean.
Simultaneous to the stone thermotherapy, is a full body massage.This session is profoundly healing.
Attention is paid to your core as well as to your musculature.

ANIMAL ON SITE:
I share my studio and home with pets.
You will be greeted at the front door by my Newfoundland, Bodhi.

Bodhi generally remains in the treatment room during sessions with clients as he was trained to be a working therapy dog.

Before we moved to Monroe Bodhi worked at the Yale Children’s Cancer Center as part of his job.

Now, his job is to help you relax and let go of your stresses.
(I know, it looks like he is just sleeping. Don’t tell him that that’s not really “working”).

If, for reasons of allergies or preference, this will not work for you, I do understand you may not be able to see me in my studio under these conditions.

Should I ever establish a practice in an alternate location without Bodhi, I will let you know.




PAYMENT: You may either pay at the time of your treatment, (most people do pay at the time of the service)

You do NOT have to pre pay here.
This is simply an option.

NO GIFT CERTIFICATES : Although I am happy for your kind referrals, I do not sell gift certificates. At times I am unable to accept new clients and may not be able to honor a gift certificate that you give. Instead, if you’d like to refer a friend to me, and you’d like to pay for their session, please have them reach out to me and if/when we make an appointment,. I am happy to bill you for it.
